FAQ's

  • How come it's just for women?

    The diet plans have been tailored to the requirements of women and because it’s just for women this means that the information and guidance given in the plan is even more focused.

  • I haven't trained for years and I'm really unfit, can I still follow the plan?

    Of course, both the home and gym workouts have been designed with easier and advanced options and will build in intensity over the 10 weeks as your fitness improves. They are even fine if you haven’t trained before.

  • Is the meal plan different every week?

    There is a 7 day diet plan provided at the start, with 3 different calorie options. To choose from. The idea is that this acts as a template for you and you’ll be guided through how to start to include your own foods and tailor it to suit you whilst sticking to the calorie requirements.
