Your welcome pack gives you a huge amount of information to remove all confusion and make sure you know exactly how to get started and pick the right diet and training plan for you.

How come it’s just for women?
The diet plans have been tailored to the requirements of women and because it’s just for women this means that any information and guidance given in the group can be even more focused. It’s also hoped that because the groups is for women with fat loss goals it will create a really positive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing thoughts and communicating with each other.
I haven’t trained for years and I’m really unfit, can I still join?
Of course, both the home and gym workouts have been designed with easier and advanced options and will build in intensity over the 10 weeks as your fitness improves. They are even fine if you haven’t trained before.
Is the meal plan different every week?
There is a 7 day diet plan provided at the start, with 3 different calorie options. To choose from. The idea is that this acts as a template for you and you’ll be guided through how to start to include your own foods and tailor it to suit you whilst sticking to the calorie requirements.
Can I join if I’m not on Facebook?
All of the content will be posted in the Private Happy Balanced Life Facebook group so yes you will need a Facebook profile. If you aren’t on Facebook and would rather remain anonymous you can set up a profile without a picture and with a fake name, just let us know so we can accept you into the group.
I’ve recently had a baby can I follow the plan?
We would always say follow the advice of your medical professional, and get the go ahead from them first. If you’ve got this then yes you can follow the plan, the welcome pack will explain more about how best to follow the workouts and meal plan for your particular needs.
I don’t live in the UK, is it still possible to follow the plan?
Yes of course, you can do this from anywhere in the world.
