I was always looking for a quick fix which usually meant starving myself with silly slimming shakes! I have also tried slimming clubs and nothing has ever stayed off as I have never learned how it all works and had a plan that suits my body.

"This year I made the decision to challenge myself and get leaner than I ever have been before. In doing so, I sought out the help of Robbie to coach me on my nutrition throughout the process.
From the word go Robbie saw exactly what I wanted to get out of it and really took the time to understand my motivations, expectations and explained the path ahead. The level of detail he went into with me on where I was at right at the start and how he was going to plan out and adjust my nutrition as we went along set my mind at ease and I knew I was in good hands!
What really sets him apart is the level of care he takes in getting to know as much as possible before we started to make sure we could check in regularly and that he knew everything that was going on with my training and nutrition. Throughout the process I checked in weekly with photos and measurements, which was a great way to keep me accountable! To top it off I even got leaner in a month where I spend two weeks on holiday at a wedding then skiing!
Throughout this fat loss phase, he has acted as a real support structure for me when I needed to dig deep and helped me understand what I can really achieve when I push myself.
Through cycling my carbohydrates and giving me higher days, this really helped improve my performance in training too. While my weight dropped from 90kg to 83kg, my back squat 6RM increased 5kg and my Trap Bar Deadlift 6RM increased 15kg!

How does the online coaching work?
You complete an assessment form which tells me all about your goals, fitness levels, likes and dislikes etc. I then write you a plan that suits your needs and goals. Every week you check in to let me know about progress and we work together to help you achieve your goals and learn as much about how you can stay that way.

Do you write a meal plan and is it different every week?
You will be provided with a 4 day example plan at the start which suits your goals and includes the foods you like. This is to act as a guide and we’ll work together to help you learn how to include the different foods you like to eat day to day.

Do I need to train in a gym or can the plan include home workouts?
No you don’t need to be a member of a gym and I can provide you with workouts to do at home. If you have some pieces of equipment this is great but not essential.

Are your plans suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Yes of course, we’ll work together to come up with foods that match your preferences but will also help you succeed in achieving your goals.

Are you plans just for fat loss, I’d like to gain muscle?
My plans will help you towards whatever goal you have whether that’s gaining muscle, getting fitter or losing fat.

I work shifts, will the plan be suitable for me?
Yes absolutely, I work with lots of people who have different shift patterns and this can definitely be factored into your plan.

I don’t live in the UK, is it still possible to sign up to the online coaching?
Yes of course, I work with online clients all over the world.
